As a professional coordinator managing many clients, I'd like to have the medications taken for a specific period with a stop date added, to automatically switch to inactive after the date has passed, to reduce the time spent manually updating the active medication list manually.

As a professional coordinator, I would like to be able to cancel and regenerate the report, so that when I find an error or omission in the report, I can quickly return to the meds list, make the correction, and recreate the report. As it is today, I have to wait for the report link to expire, and this takes a lot of time.

As a Pro user, I would like to receive push notifications or emails when a client sends our team a message. This will help us be responsive as we are not always logged in to see the green dot for notifications sent. Thank you!

As a professional customer, I'd like to define a report specifically for what I want my customers to see from Primary Record so that we have the information quickly accessible that our care team needs. This might mean including or excluding Care Team contacts, or filtering Care Team to just the Providers. This could also mean that I'd like to include the Procedures but not visits.

As someone who loads files on a regular basis that might not have been named in a human readable way, I'd like the ability to change the name on the file and have that reference show up in the activity feed. This could be a new activity where the user changes the name of "x" to "y", but I need to be able to more easily search the activity feed for "y"

As someone who creates many visits using the bulk create visit for clients, I'd like to just select one of the professional users as the provider so that I'm not entering different names or having to type my name over and over. It might even be nice to auto populate that field with the signed in user's name and allow for that to be changed with a drop down.

As a professional working on tasks for all my clients, I like to have a list to check off that I've addressed their needs for that week or process. I'd like to see the simple list with their name, dob, group, and point of contact.

As a professional care coordinator, I'd like to make the visit time optional because we schedule a day to visit a facility, and the times aren't dedicated to each client or profile. This would help our clients and their families better understand when we will be there,e but know that it's the full day.

As a professional who creates and manages many visits, I'd like the control to select a time and date to be more like a typical calendar so that I'm not spending so much time using the text entry with all of the field validations. It's very hard to do on a phone.

As a professional user, I'd like to apply a specific set of prompts to the AI Chat Assistant so that I can manage responses for my clients and ensure compliance with my AI guidelines and governance. I may also want to add additional context for other items related to my organization, like schedules, procedures, or resources I create.
