As a professional customer, I'd like to define a report specifically for what I want my customers to see from Primary Record so that we have the information quickly accessible that our care team needs. This might mean including or excluding Care Team contacts, or filtering Care Team to just the Providers. This could also mean that I'd like to include the Procedures but not visits.

This also means a professional may want to add a Note field alongside a medication to give the care team more information than what the report is showing. The use is for pre-procedure the need to note one time when a medication was reportedly stopped being taken by a patient to verify the patietn is safe for surgery.
