I want the QR code printed on the PDF so whoever has the PDF report can quickly re-run it by scanning the link.

As someone who may be documenting my chronic conditions, I need a way to easily record and report my health data, such as blood pressure readings, over time. I want the ability to integrate data from automated devices (e.g., Bluetooth blood pressure cuffs) and visualize these trends in a timeline alongside my medications and related medical visits. This will help me and my healthcare providers monitor my condition more effectively and make informed decisions.

As someone who is learning about a new diagnosis (like hypertension or other common chronic conditions), I need access to pre-built templates or protocols that outline key metrics like target blood pressure, medications, and lifestyle changes to help me know what I should be tracking. These templates could help give structure to Notes so that I don't have to start from scratch in knowing what I need to be documenting about my condition. This will help me stay on track with my treatment plan and ensure that I am following best practices recommended by healthcare professionals.

After connecting a patient portal, I am lost on what I need to do next. After speaking with Jean, I now see how much information was pulled using the new law letting me download health data out of my patient portal. It would be nice if Primary Record could show me what they found out about me so I know what I need to correct or recognize how I can use Primary Record to recall information for me.

Ideas I had: Either the text color could be different or the field could be highlighted for any changes. You could may have someone do what we called “second person verification” of the change, then the text could return to a normal color showing it had been verified and approved. You could collect changes in a log with text describing the change, timestamp, and person’s name who made the change. Finally, if all the data gets corrupted, maybe have a “restore” feature to retrieve and restore all the data from a previous recent backup.

I was looking for My IU Health as the portal name and what I found was Indiana University Health.

Can we make it so that when searching for a portal it preferences locations that are close to your address or location.

As a nurse who works in the world of infertility, there are medications we give patients that have to be taken one time at a very exact time. Today, I am telling them to set an alarm on their phone to remind them, but could there be a way to set an alarm on a medication to send an alert that reminds them to take it. Reminders like this would also be wonderful when someone needs to stop eating or drinking or taking certain medication before a procedure. We get so many patients who do not follow the timeframe because it's confusing or they forget so things get delayed.
