A great idea from one of our customers: Connecting to my patient portals pulled in a lot of medications and conditions that I did not know. I started adding my notes to help me answer - what is this and why? Something that would be helpful is if there was someway to have a medical dictionary or reference in the app, for instance, at CVS they have a view drug information link for each drug. Same idea could apply to conditions!

Sweet Evelyn from Jean's Daughterhood Circle mentioned that she has noticed the med list she gets from the hospital is alphabetized. If we could alphabetize or give option to on Primary Record's Report for the Medication List, it would help her compare the two lists to understand what is new and what old!

When I record and save an audio recording in Notes, can you help me not lose the audio file by reminding me to save my note if I accidently hit the back or cancel button.

As I populated my mother's Care Team, I wanted to link a website as part of the contact card to help me link to a portal or some info I always find myself needing to look up!

Move sign out button to left main panel to make it quicker/easier to exit. When utilizing a profile button (such as allergies), provide buttons for the other profile buttons (such as conditions) for easier navigation between the Profile buttons.

As a user managing many items like medications, I'd like to be able to bulk edit the status and even delete them from the profile so that I'm not having to click through each item individually, click edit, then edit, and save. If I have this feature, I can better keep my medical profile up-to-date.

When entering dates like birthdays, it would be great if the app could manage the formatting better, like including the slash marks. Maybe there is an app feature for dates that brings up a different keyboard? Similar comment for email addresses but that is less noticeable.

As the parent of a child whos condition requires regular labs, I'd like labs to be added to Primary Record's Medical profile so that I can track progress regardless of the source of where the labs are taken.

Is there a place to enter dates and types of vaccines received? For example, my son got his flu shot today. Is there a recommended place to keep track of things like this?

As a daughter taking my 90 year old dad to his appointments, I need a place to scan in his driver’s license or state ID so that I never have to experience again making him wait at the doctor office while I drive 40 min to go get it since the office refused to see him without. https://twitter.com/esmccalley/status/1527076985499013126
