As a professional adding many profiles and collaborators to those profiles, I'd like to have a simple checkbox that would add their name and contact info (email) to the profiles list of emergency contacts so that I'm not doing double work later on, or forgetting to add them.

I love the ability to download the QR code but it's impossible to keep track of the images without the name of the profile they are associated with. Maybe add the profile and report name so that people scanning have more context and aren't required to scan and generate a report to see who it's associated with.

Professional coordinators use notes very frequently. I'd like to be able to click save on a note once so that I don't make changes to the text but then forget to save it with the full note.

As a professional taking notes for a visit, I'd like to quickly send that note to the users as an email with attachments, etc.

As a regular user of the application, I'd like for my clients to see the dose statement without having to click on the medication list to see it. This is an essential reference.

As nurse care coordinators, we are trained to always include code status when engaging with the healthcare system. I'd like to have a place to set this for my clients and see it easily when viewing their profiles and in the generated reports.

As a professional who has taken time to populate notes and Care Team members in the Resources tab, I'd like to select them from them when in the context of a profile. The use case involves adding a note to the client's visit details.

As a way to help my clients better understand their medication list, I'd like to not only present the dose statement but also show a tag of as needed, if that is selected.
