Allergies needs a reaction
As a nurse, I need to know the reaction or severity of allergy for a patient. In charting in a EMR, we note that it's sever, moderate, or mild then document if they get a rash, have an update stomach, or swelling in their throat. This helps the medical team so much understand a patient better or dose them with other medications to make sure they do not have that reaction.

Creating a Profile for Myself Should Populate My Email
I created a profile for myself and when I got to the contact information it asked me for my email which could be auto-populated. Me when the issue gets fixed:

Active and Inactive Provider List
I wish I had a list of current active providers, with a reference of previous providers that may need to be re-engaged.

Update the sort order for visits
On Visits screen, I would prefer it to be in order of most recent first. I have 71 past events that start with 2013 so in order to get to my most recent visit I have to scroll all the way down.

Incorrect start date for conditions
The start date seems to be from when it was added not when the condition started. Can we verify that the correct date is being added
