Related Care Team Members

There is a way to relate care team providers in Primary Record. This can be used in the case that you mentioned where someone wants to keep a reference to a prior provider for context. I've recorded a short video to explain.

This feature can also be used to document additional providers one might see at the same practice, or maybe a related case manager for example.

We've also heard that it would be nice to add the status to the care team member. This is an enhancement that will be coming in our production release in December. I'll be sure to update this message when it is released.
