Simple vitals are on the roadmap for last 2024 or early 2025. You can use files or notes to record those in the mean time.

This remains a priority, but the expected ETA is not, but the expected ETA is closer to 2026. We are working through feedback and don't want to introduce an overly complex UI. Right now, many professional clients are creating note templates to capture the vitals important to them (weight & BP, but not PSO2) in a single step.
