Thank you for the question. Vaccinations and immunizations will defiantly be part of Primary Record. However, they will not be part of the current beta and may not be part of the initial production version of the app in the app stores. They will be added shortly after though.

We did have Vaccinations in our initial beta product in 2022 and it will function like this when we add this to the production version. You can see this at:
