Send corrections to my EHR from Primary Record

As someone who sees many physicians and has a complex medical history, I'd like to have a way to send error correction requests from Primary Record to my healthcare provider's EHR system so that their information is updated and I don't have to try and get the physicians to try and fix it each time I visit. Communicating issues, like inaccurate medication status, during my visits isn't getting the system to update.

Thank you Alex D for sharing this issue. We have been documenting and gathering insights. The process to correcting is pretty arduous and provide/health system specific.
