Thank you for the suggestion. We are committed to improving the search for portals. Building out synonyms and improving results is something that we work on almost monthly, so this information will be shared with engineering.

We've also considered adding more ways to search, like using a map or adding additional filters to group the kinds of providers by specialty.

I'll update this request when we expand the search to find synonyms like IU and Indiana University.
