As a spouse, I want to help create a quick list of all the doctors being seen. On this list, I want to be able to relay to a new doctor, the other doctor's names, specialty, contact (phone, fax) and any special description I have put in about what this doctor or provider does for my family member.

I added an "update" in the Comments section of a previously entered Note. I realized I misspelled something in my Comment, but when I go to Edit the Note, it only shows the original note. I would like to be able to edit my updates or Comments I put on Notes.

When the portal connects, every encounter (from lab to telephone call to office visit) is connected. This is good information however, would be helpful to categorize (by color, title) what the specific encounter is for (ie Blue designates Provider office visit, yellow designates. nursing visit, red designates lab, orange telephone call etc).

Would like to be able to use AI tool to search internal physician/care coordinator notes and make summary about a specific condition over a course of time (ie how many episodes of fever did pt have between Sept 2024 and June 2025).

When I have doctors that set reoccuring appointments, my upcoming appointment list can get to be long. So, to see what appointment I have soon, I have to scroll all the way down to prepare for it. Can you order the upcoming so that the one that is coming up soon is 1st and the ones that are later in the year are farther down?

I am managing my condition and a lot of times it’s the labs my doctors are not getting. I would like an easy way to generate a lab report to be able to share with my doctors.

Shared by Kali: As a mom of a child who is nonverbal but can communicate via an assistive device, I would love a way to share her story by a report that I can use as a QR code that could introduce her name, short background of the condition or disability she faces, and how to communicate with her.

An email notification would be nice when something new has been added to the account. (I need reminders. Don't want to miss important info)

I am someone whose vision requires read aloud options. I want the Chat Assistant to be able to read my answers so I can understand my health or share the answers with my healthcare providers.

I want the QR code printed on the PDF so whoever has the PDF report can quickly re-run it by scanning the link.
