Professional Feedback

As someone who creates many visits using the bulk create visit for clients, I'd like to just select one of the professional users as the provider so that I'm not entering different names or having to type my name over and over. It might even be nice to auto populate that field with the signed in user's name and allow for that to be changed with a drop down.

As a professional who creates and manages many visits, I'd like the control to select a time and date to be more like a typical calendar so that I'm not spending so much time using the text entry with all of the field validations. It's very hard to do on a phone.

As a Pro with many clients, I'd like the filter set to the ones I actively see so that I'm not forced to reset the active toggle each login or search by name all the time.
