Visit Categorization
When the portal connects, every encounter (from lab to telephone call to office visit) is connected. This is good information however, would be helpful to categorize (by color, title) what the specific encounter is for (ie Blue designates Provider office visit, yellow designates. nursing visit, red designates lab, orange telephone call etc).

Creating a Report of the list of doctors
As a spouse, I want to help create a quick list of all the doctors being seen. On this list, I want to be able to relay to a new doctor, the other doctor's names, specialty, contact (phone, fax) and any special description I have put in about what this doctor or provider does for my family member.

Ideas to better track and visually track changes in a medical profile
Ideas I had: Either the text color could be different or the field could be highlighted for any changes. You could may have someone do what we called “second person verification” of the change, then the text could return to a normal color showing it had been verified and approved. You could collect changes in a log with text describing the change, timestamp, and person’s name who made the change. Finally, if all the data gets corrupted, maybe have a “restore” feature to retrieve and restore all the data from a previous recent backup.

Edit comments
I added an "update" in the Comments section of a previously entered Note. I realized I misspelled something in my Comment, but when I go to Edit the Note, it only shows the original note. I would like to be able to edit my updates or Comments I put on Notes.

Selecting route and form on medications
I noticed that frequency for my medication was a helpful drop down. Is there a way to help make Route and Form a drop down I can just select as I don't always know what to put.

Use AI toll to search internal notes
Would like to be able to use AI tool to search internal physician/care coordinator notes and make summary about a specific condition over a course of time (ie how many episodes of fever did pt have between Sept 2024 and June 2025).

For upcoming visits, please order from the one that is upcoming to the oldest
When I have doctors that set reoccuring appointments, my upcoming appointment list can get to be long. So, to see what appointment I have soon, I have to scroll all the way down to prepare for it. Can you order the upcoming so that the one that is coming up soon is 1st and the ones that are later in the year are farther down?

Too confusing to check Activity
I am constantly reviewing the same Activity notes because it isn't clear to me when they were entered. If Activity was broken down into weeks, with input for days seen, it would alleviate some frustration. I'm not the most computer savvy. The easier the better.

Date of Death
It would be nice to have a date of death field in the client record. This field should stop the progression of age for that family member, to ensure accuracy going forward. (Meaning, if they were born 80 years ago, died, and their birthday is coming up, it won't show them as being 81 when that date occurs.) I don't know how long I would keep a family member's information in the app, but I imagine it could be useful for at least some period of time. Thanks.

Insurance Information Synchronization and Field Corrections
Summary Improve insurance data management by synchronizing information across different sections and correcting field labels. Current Issues ## 1. Lack of Data Synchronization ### Problem: Insurance information is currently collected in two separate locations: Profile Info → ID Cards → Add Insurance Care Team → Add a Care Team Member -> Add Insurance These two sections operate independently, requiring duplicate data entry and creating potential for inconsistencies. ### Impact: Increased administrative burden Risk of conflicting insurance information Poor user experience due to redundant data entry ## 2. Incorrect Field Labels ### Problem: In Care Team → Insurance, the fields labeled "Primary Carrier First Name" and "Primary Carrier Last Name" appear to be incorrectly named for their intended purpose. ### Impact: User confusion about what information to enter Potential data quality issues ## Proposed Solutions ### 1. Insurance Data Synchronization A. Link insurance information between Profile Info and Care Team sections B. Auto-populate insurance details when entered in either location C. Real-time sync any updates across both sections D. Leverage existing EHR data to pre-fill insurance information where available ### 2. Field Label Correction A. Review and correct the "Primary Carrier First Name" and "Primary Carrier Last Name" field labels in Care Team → Add a Care Team Member -> Add Insurance B. Ensure field labels accurately reflect the intended data to be collected C. Provide clear field descriptions or tooltips if additional context is needed ## Expected Benefits Reduced data entry time and effort Improved data consistency and accuracy Better user experience for healthcare staff More reliable insurance information for patient care
